Personal life issues are kind of forcing me to sell my blog. But I won't get into that. I'll just post some details about my blog. If I can't find a decent offer, I'll be holding onto it for much longer to build it even bigger OR I'll "auction" it off on sitepoint or sedo.

After calculating some stats within a months time. I realize the blog is making more than $600 monthly.

- It includes a forum with currently 446 members
- The forum is a PR3
- The site makes around $20 a day from ads and up to around $5 from Adsense
- Good amount of module positions to easily monetize the site
- Lots of little extras already installed.
- There is an automated reciprocal link exchange page installed. Like a mini directory.

The blog makes its money from affiliate ads, private ad sales, adsense and sponsored reviews.

If you are not familiar with Joomla. I'll gladly help you with it so you as long as you need it so you can get to know your way around it. It's easy to manage. I know it like the back of my hand. I'll give you my AIM screen name as I'm on nearly 24/7.

I have spent an unbelievable amount of time on SEO for the blog. some of the important SEO things include search engine friendly URL's, H1 tag article titles, browser page titles that are THE name of the article. For example, an article title in Google without your domain included will rank better in Google. I've tested this. So that means "Make Money With DigitalPoint" in the browser title will rank better than "Make Money With DigitalPoint - CashJuke.com". I've seen this increase organic traffic. That's just one thing. I try to write new unique articles daily. Sometimes every other day. The blog is updated and managed for hours every single day since I've started it. The more articles that are written, the more times the site shows up in the search engines.

As you can see, I've spent time on even the small details.

The main sources for my traffic are from related blogs, social bookmarking, forums, word of mouth and Google

I will also be including 2 more domains that I use for 2 affiliates that pay high for free sign ups. They are very good domains that resemble the 2 major companies. They pay $13 - $24 each for a free sign up. I'll share with you my methods I use to market these.
