sell my site, or domain. 100k veiws month

I have a website/domain that is getting exponential traffic. I just created the site and domain about 4 months ago. My google ad sense is making about 2000 month., last month I recieved about 30k visitors, I am getting about 100k visitors this month.?
I am wondering, If I wanted to sell, How much should I ask for Domain, or Domain and website?? The crazy thing is, I dont even think my site has a PR? Please Help? Im kind of new at all this.

I have a similar site.. 1 million page views a month.. (7 pages) makes at the moment about 2k a month.. did at one stage and can do again make $350 a day.. so how much is this site worth?

So what are you asking for sites ? I would also more like to know how you are making that much on adsenses ...
