It doesn't generate income yet. I have been giving away the sweepstakes sponsorships until the site grows. These spots would go for $500 for a standard sweepstakes, more for a custom sweepstakes. You can also make money on banner ads and newsletter sponsorships.
6. Who develops content and administers the site and how much time does it require?
I do. Everything is templated and easy to generate. It is time consuming to write articles, although you could find people to write for you in exchange for links. It is also time consuming to find and add sweepstakes to the database; although I do have a form to allow users to add sweepstakes and this should be utilized more an more as the user base grows.
7. What industry/audience does your site serve?
sweepers and website promoters
8. Is knowledge required of the industry served by your site?
Marketing/advertising/promotion knowledge would be helpful.
9. Reason for selling?
I have full time job and 3 kids and cannot devote the amount of time necessary to make this a great site.

Yes, it has over 3500 and is growing exponentially. It has an automatic opt-out feature.

Monthly stats for this month are forecast at 85799 page views and 21394 uniques.

Referring domains so far this year:

bookmarks 10807 45%
search engines 2104 8.75%
the rest are from links to the site

Opted-in members are at the 7000 range
These members have generated 33000+ sweepstakes entries
They have also told 6375 friends

I don't know why that came up as "95" as an asking price. I am asking 4,995. Maybe it doesn't like the dollar sign.

It doesn't and it's driving us crazy. This is on the fix list.

BTW, I am generating a little revenue from sponsor ads and banners now.

Just an update - starting to make a little money from affiliate programs - a couple bucks a day, not a bad start. Also, have lowered my asking price to 3500.

Traffic from bookmarks is averaging 200-250 per day, search engine traffic is averaging about 115 per day, and traffic from other sweepstakes sites is averaging about 100 per day. 55% of my traffic this month was from new visitors and 45% was from returning visitors. 20% have visited more than 10 times - 10% have visited more than 25 times.
