I would like to ask you for one favour. I am in idea management business and I am doing a little research about problems.
Please list 2 your problems from business you have it and tell me how much time you spent or you are spending on it. It can be any problem, for example: how to get better employees, how to save costs on delivering your products, what to give to your loyally costumers, etc.

Here's a problem I had some time back when I would be attempting to gain a new web site design client:

It would take any where from 15 minutes to 30 minutes or more convincing a prospective client how much it really costs to set up a web site only to end the conversation with a cordial good-bye and never hear from them again. It seemed that people thought that web sites should cost only a few hundred dollars or so and it was expected to roll in the business for the customer. Time is money and it's a waste of time when a person explains the why's and how's of building/promoting sites only to have the person go to someone else to do a cheapo site job.

There's your problem--hope that helps for a case study.

Problem 2:

Another problem now days is how do American Web site designer companies compete with cut-rate Asian designers in India? (...or other country).
