Are there any Online Marketing Classes?

Hello all,

I was wondering if any of you know if a US or Canadian university offers an Online Marketing Course or a Degree of some sort in Online Marketing?

No matter how many years of experience you have under your belt as an online marketing specialist; clients, and bosses want to see the "Paper" to justify what your asking for ($$).

Your thoughts please.

almost all universities, right down to the community college level offer online classes.

the University of Phoenix offers online degree programs and they are quite well known

of course, any course is only as good as the source materials

I am aware that most universities offer online classes smile
But what I am asking is if anybody knows a university, college or other that offers; Search Marketing Classes, or General Online Marketing Classes or degree?

I know SEMPO offers self-paced distance ed programs - focused on search marketing only, though.

Not sure there are many, broader online marketing programs out there - then again, I'm not looking much, either... wink

To be honest, I help create this training program at SEMPO.

SEMPO Institute

...and in an effort to balance this post, here are others I am aware of that focus on search training:

SEO Class
Search Engine Workshops
Search Engine College
Online Web Training
http://www.jergroup.com/ - not so sure about this one (that's why I didn't link to them wink ) - touts itself as SEO training, but they obviously haven't applied any knowledge to their own website - in fact, they're doing something very wrong...
Jill Whalen's seminars
SEM Scholar
Elite Retreat
DMA
Bruce Clay - training using their own, in-house designed tools - less generalist

No matter which program you might choose to pursue, do very careful research. Does it fit the price points you can afford? Will you actually learn anything new? Is it distance ed. or location-based?

...and don't choose ONLY on price - choose base don quality. If you cannot afford the course you WANT, then keep coming to places like this and learn over time, for free.

I also found this site when I did a quick Google search for "online marketing training":

Online Marketing Training

No idea if they're even real or not, but might be somewhere to start.
