Startingpoint ...?

Hello,

Next year I start a project called Marketing-Checklist-Manager in US.
I have writen this book for the last 5 years and now it's ready.
Sales are going very well in Germany. It contains 800 pages of Marketing-Checklists

Because I am European, I just don't know where to start doing Internetmarketing.
I ofcourse do SEO and Google Adwords. But I need a good startingpoint for reaching:

- marketingpeople
- productmanagement
- owners of small companies
- salespeople
- students marketing

I would very much appreciate it if someone could assist me on the first steps.
