Did anyone contact Paypal Help service? Can you get response?

I submitted several questions but they never respond. Without their response, I feel uncomfortable of withdrawl bank. How to get their response?

Actually, I want to withdrawl money to my personal account. But my paypal account seems has both business name and personal name. I don't know if the withdrawl can be done successfully.

Example

Biz Name: Abc Network
Personal Name : Ming Koo

My bank account's personal name is Koo Ming

Can I withdrawl my money successfully?

Have you tried contacting them by phone? I've actually called them a couple times and they were quite helpful.

I always got response by email and there is a contact form in your account control panel?

Yes, I use that form but never get response when I sent email.

Alternatively,Itried Jerome Q's suggestion and got reply. Since I am not located in US, international call is expensive.
