Selling out of the UK?

Hi All,

I/m not sure if this is the right place fot this topic..

Its about a retail web shop wanting to expand to the US market. Any ideas where I can find information about various issues about this? What I am mostly concerned is are there any legal obligations that have to be met, what about VAT and other taxes, etc.
