Does anyone know any good brokers/agents that specialise in buying/selling/evaluating e-businesses? I want to sell one of my sites, but don't know where/how to start.

What do you think about selling a site on ebay? Any opinions, experiences?

As far as I know most of the sites listed on Ebay aren't exactly the best of the bunch. You have to be careful to validate claims of traffic and advertising - most people buying don't know what they're getting. There have been sites that have sold well there, but generally serious buyers (I think) avoid Ebay because of the proliferation of 'cookie cutter' sites. I would try fielding interest on message boards related to your topic. If someone is interested enough to post daily on a subject, they might also be interested in buying your site. Just a thought.

ebay has been watered down by people reselling hundreds of templates on CD. It is to hard to get a qaulity site in and get seen and for anyone to take it seriously.

You would do better online. All the "web site for sale" sites are horrible. I was thinking of making a real one, the problem is, I have to many web ideas and projects. Story of my life.

Anyways, I am interested in buying it, PM me. LOL.
