In the 1st week of Dec, Paystsems terminated several 100 European merchants.
The merchants were meant to be transferred to Wirecard, but the transfer process left the merchnats with no gateway for several days.
The holdback reserve (running into millions) has not been returned or transferred to Wirecard.
Further, the merchants have not been given the ability to issue refunds, exposing them to chargebacks.
