My site is an Internet retailing site using osCommerce as our E-commerce system now. The business has grown and we need a much more powerful, but still affordable (cost less than a couple thousand) E-commerce system. I don't want to hosted solutions since I have my own Linux server. So, no Miva, Shopsite, Yahoo and stuff.
So, the solution should be somewhere between small business solution and entreprise solution.
There are just too many system out there. I would like to hear from recommendation here. Here are my requirements:
1. Search Engine Friendly
2. php/mySQL based with full source code
3. Good developer support community
4. Good customer support
5. Strong marketing features
6. Good technical support
Here are some of my requirements in terms of features of the system:

For example:

For Example:
- Enable certain discounts for a set or all products
- Offer different free gifts at different levels of purchase"
3. Strong Product Management Capabilities
For example:
- Multiple pictures
- Multiple attributes (color, size, etc)
- Able to group items into package
4. Outlet Section
5. Inventory Management System
6. Content Management System
7. Referal Point System
- Customer will get points by their own purchase and by their referral's purchase"
8. CRM System
- Live Chat
- Ticket Management
9. Better UPS integration
- Automated Tracking number to customer
