What is everyone using as homepages?

I have something inside me telling me to avoid msn.com and even yahoo has enough business without mine so I have been supporting google. Even google in my opinion could be the next microsoft. Any thoughts?

Quite possible.

I've been using the 'New MSN' and 'Yahoo Next' over google lately.

Yes, Google Sucks. If you take a close at their business strategies for 2004-2005, there are a lot of things which frightens me.

For instance, they provide only 1000 queries through their API whereas yahoo provides 5000 and MSN allows unlimited.

"Searching for product info on Google has become an absolutely pointless endeavor. Once upon a time the search results for a product name or model number would bring up either the vendor's own pages or a few user comment pages. This was of great help in determining whether a product was worth purchasing.

Now Google returns hundreds of garbage pages that are either nothing but keyword traps or half-assed storefront pages. For example, when looking some info on a Pioneer amp model#VSX-D412K look at the results. Pure junk. There's nothing but storefront pages. What a waste of time.

Google wants to go public. The public wants good search results. Don't be surprised when the go the way of the rest of the dot bombed stocks."

Read more here, here, and here .

..and there are a lot more "Google Sucks!". I personally, dont like/use them anymore.

I use a blank page smile It might be OT, but if I were to pick a page to autoload it would likely be a news site (BBC for example) or Bloglines. I have the Google search toolbar on my browsers in any case so I don't need to go to the home page except for advanced searches.
