Here's a sample of one of the pages that isn't getting indexed:
www.yourdomain.com/page.aspx?tabindex=-1&tabid=29
Google and MSN don't have any issues with those URLs. In fact, they're both indexing them just fine. However, Google, in this case, is actually removing pages from the index because it thinks that they're duplicates.
Lately, I've been seeing more and more cases where Google is actually removing pages from their index that it deems to be duplicates--you're not the only one who is dealing with this issue. The answer is to add more unique content to each page (e.g., unique title tags, unique meta tags, unique text/copy on each page).
