I've looked around for something like this and am pretty certain it doesn't exist - at least on a large commercial scale. I've come up with a service that will perform remote searches for you via email, then send the results back. We take the top 25-50 from infoseek, excite, lycos, hotbot and altavista (more coming if the demand is there) and send back just the links.
I'm not claiming to be some programming wizard or anything - it's a pretty easy thing to do. I wonder more about the potential value.
It's saved me a fair amount of time over the past couple weeks, and I have links in my email inbox now, so I can go back and check what a url was if I don't remember it. (yes, we can bookmark, but I dont' necessarily want 500 bookmarks on my browser).
What do y'all think? Value in this? Should it be presented differently (the results)?
