Yahoo Geo-Targeting is Only to US & Canada? Please

Hi,

Yahoo has Geo-targeting preference for Entire Market (US & Canada) and Specific Region in US & Canada. If that is so, how they are showing there sponsored Search text based ads in yahoo search results in other countries like UK, Australia, Middle East, India, etc. I am confused. Please Help!

Yahoo has separate accounts for each country that can be accessed through their International Yahoo! Search Marketing Site.
