Is there a site or tool you use to add brackets [ ] and "" for large google keywords lists?

Not working anymore.

It gave me these errors:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/combine/public_html/script/keyword-processor-script.php on line 121

Warning: join(): Bad arguments. in /home/combine/public_html/script/keyword-processor-script.php on line 28

I use AdWords Wrapper every day. Mike was kind enough to add many new features that can really save time so check out the options. You might let him know if you like his tool and also the other great information he provides on that site.

joey_skulls, I will take a look at it. If you use certain queries it will give you errors.

In order for the tool to work (properly) and not give errors, you must include a keyword on the left and on the right--otherwise you'll get that error you're describing.

If you want to add quotes or brackets to your keyword list, add your list the left and then add a hyphen on the right. Select either " or [ and process the list. I would then copy the list to notepad or a text editor and do a search and replace for the hyphen to remove it from your list.

I wrote hosting as a keyword and selected Exact match brackets and it gave that error.

Joey, if you're trying to advertise web hosting unless you have deep pockets you may want to find some kind of niche.

Glad to hear that. Advertising web hosting is almost as tough as mortages or making money online.

Your right, theres no money to be made online

There are lots of ways to make money online; however, advertising on those keywords is pretty saturated. I know many businesses and individuals who are doing well - some exceptionally well.

The ones who are most successful specialize in understanding how and why a certain strategy works, measuring results, and constantly improving their methods. That is true whether they have information sites supported by contextual advertising and/or affiliate programs or they sell products or services.

Things constantly change online far faster than offline. What makes money today can decline suddenly so staying on top of whatever you specialize in and altering your strategies is imperative.

Although we would all love to find a cash cow that we build once and then reap income from forever that seems unlikely. Some sources of income do tend to last longer than others.

I think of what I do as similar to being a surfer. Predict where the next waves will be and position yourself in front of that demand. If I were to offer only three pieces of advice to anyone (including myself) this is what they would be:

1. Understand the information in the book Don't Make Me Think and the sticky thread here called Web Design for Higher Sales and apply it to a specific area of interest.

2. Learn as much as possible about Web analytics and Web Optimization (multi-variate testing) to measure results and make wise strategic decisions.

3. Spend all or the majority of your time using both of the above on your own projects instead of as a consultant. Most clients will not be able to understand nor truly appreciate how much your vision or skills contribute to their success. (Knowing when and what NOT to do is more important than constant doing.)

Back to KW wrapping: Another quick and easy way is to use MS Excel. For example:
Cell A1 contains [
Cell B1 contains ]
Cell C1 contains Your Keyword

If you enter into cell D1 =a1&c1&b1
your result will be [Your Keyword], works the same way with quotes. It is also very easy to copy these down an entire list of KWs. Hope that helps!
