MSN AdCenter Import Question

I'm using MSN's .csv Import feature to post a few hundred ad groups and am thoroughly annoyed at the fact that I then must click on each Ad Group in "draft" status, make 4 clicks and hit submit for it to become active. Does anyone know of a faster way?

I've never found a faster way to do anything in MSN except when an advertiser spends enough that I have been able to convince MSN to make the changes for them.
