We're getting to the point where we may end up building our own bid management tool/software. Basically we will soon need something to automate at least part of the bid management process we utilize on a daily basis. Our industry is very unique in that most PPC models don't apply and our accounts are large, so we've had little success with existing tools or services. My question is: can anyone recommend a good resource for starting something like this? Has anyone had any success building or creating their own bid management tools/sheets/software? If so, was there a template of sorts or any literature that helped you get off the ground? Thanks in advance!
