Ads Diagnostic Tool

Does anyone know what is going on with the Google Ads Diagnostic tool. I've been using it and lately it's saying no ad is being shown for this keyword - but then I type the keyword into Google and it works fine. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Mine say that too a lot, I don't really give it much thought.

It has been doing that for some time now. Nothing Google AdWords related is reliable.
