Well, "Danny Quits" might be a bit of an overstatement. Or rather insinuation... I don't think he "quit" so much as felt that the time had come for him to back off and be an observer rather than an active participant.
His article is outstanding though. He does a really excellent job of outlining all of the issues that current exist and of offering up some really valuable insight and opinion to both board members, SEMPO members and even those of us who are simply watching.
I was at the San Jose meeting last month, it was quite dissapointing. That said, it's only been a year and it does take time to get things in order. I think the next 3-6 months will be very telling about how the future of SEMPO will turn out.
