Does anyone know why Google "limits" or "constrains" links as comared with Yahoo or MSN?
I have reviewed a number of "popular" Websites that have the same percentage of reduced links indexed in Google as compared with Yahoo or MSN.

Google looks at links usually with a PR of 4 or up, though I have seen it look lower. The main part of it is Google will look at the quality of your links and takes several factors into consideration when compiling it's index...
Page rank of inbound
Quality
IP Block addressing
Text relevancy
To name a few.

Google used to show links of PR4 and up but they changed this about a year ago.
They now show links of any PR, but mostly show low PR links. They also used to show most links, but now they show only a very small selection.

Yes in retrospect I agree to an extent that it does do this, but, I disagree it will mostly show links from a lower page rank. I know when looking at some of our own pages and clients pages that for some Google is showing high PR links for others it is showing a mixture.
This leads me to believe that it is considering quality, or rather what it belives to be quallity links.
