regional submission in Europe ???

Hello' dos someone could help mewith that ? : I need to submit a aite of my clients deals with concret pumps. I want to submit it in a few countries as spain' france' germany' russia' and so . where can i find a local list of engines and directories in each country ? is there a software solution ? what do you think about it ?

You can drill down to the appropriate countries from there for a regional listing of search engines and directories.
Submitting to the main search engines would not be necessary. They will find your site on their own if you have quality inbound links.
