IS WebTrends or ClickTracks Web the best Web analytic software out there?
Any recommendation?

Both of these programs are great, although I like ClickTracks a little better.

What do you think of AwStats?

I'll also throw my hat behind ClickTracks. The software is easy to use, though it takes some adjustments to your Web sites to get all the reporting to work properly, but it's well worth it for the level of data you can then pull.

They also have the best customer support I've ever seen from a company.

I think the two together work well. One is not a replacement for the other. So it's not a "one or the other" decision.

They don't really offer the same information. For instance, WebTrends can provide detailed information about user platforms, server errors, etc... Whereas ClickTracks can offer great information such as audience segmentation down to the organic keyword, which WebTrends can't do...
