Just don't e-mail anyone at Webtrends! I used an e-mail address from my laptop (never use it) to ask a question of webtrends. Starting that day I now get spam and viruses sent to me daily! Never before!

I was unhappy and asked about cancelling my account with them and this is how I get treated????

They have no clue to what customer service is unless you are paying the big bucks $1000's per month, if not they sell your address??? -that sucks!

BTW I am still using their service, cause no-one else has stats like theirs.

WebPosition 3 beta is out, and the release should be very soon.

Anyway, I don't believe WPG can beat WebCEO

WebCEO has a pretty spiffy interface, but doesn't compare to the data export, reporting and scheduling features of WebPosition. The interface was lacking in WPG, but has come a long way in version 3.

I wouldn't say that having an edge in data export, reporting and scheduling makes webposition definitely better. I've chosen WebCEO and I suppose many people in this forum would approve my choice, now I'm just not in the mood to proove here that WebCEO is better and cheaper than WebPosition 3. Besides, WebCEO doesn't pay me to promote them, so PM for more. But don't think that if WPG made version 3 they are definitely the best, see http://www.webproworld.com/viewtopic.php?t=25813

I think many consultants and agencies might disagree. These features are important to thier business and thier clients smile

I agree that many single site owners and small shops may approve of you're choice since they are more prone to be impressed by a flashy interface, but people who manager larger and multiple sites may not. The great thing about this space is that there are many more tools to choose from today than a few years ago, which is good for everyone.

It's funny that you mention "WebCEO doesn't pay me to promote them" because I see many posts from you on many different threads extoling the virtures of webceo. They probably should pay you.
