Dear Experts,

I am in Search Engines Business for less than one year and i am an infant in this industry. From what i have studied throughout the months, i understand the SEO relies on the following tips, please corrent me if i am wrong:-

1) WEBSITE CONTENTS relevance.
2) Relevance of WEBSITE KEYWORDS.
3) Relevance of WEBSITE DESCRIPTIONS.
4) Relevance of WEBSITE TITLE.
5) WEBSITE DESIGN LAYOUT.
6) Establishment of Website crosslinks
7) Establisment of WEBSITE URL in SE.

Can i make an assumption that, if a website fullfilled all the above steps it will lead the Listing to the top of the Search Engines page?

Please advice......smile

means it would do well in the search engines, there isn't specific requirements to be in the top 10/20, you have to have a good balance of the above to do well

Read lots, learn lots, Search engines are forever changing and we are forever chasing, but the search engines love the attention wink

Those are just the beginnings, though with such a brief description of what you know, I can't be sure that you have the finer details of that knowledge correct.

The meta keywords tag is not worth worrying about.

Layout hasn't got much to do with ranking, but having clean code might do.

As for linking, cross-links, link farms, and reciprocal links; these are not worth chasing. Link for traffic and relevance, not for PR.

It also seems time is beginning to play a factor now, too. been online and well ranked longer? You tend to hold places or rise faster.
