Has anyone of you heard of this company CICADA?

They are trying to sell me a Search Engines Software tools. and will come for a presentation next 2 weeks.

I do not know how reliable is their software. Anyone of you has any information on this software?

What kind of question should i point out to these people to make sure i buy the right software? Please provide me some guidelines.
