Keywords Analyzer software

I was considering purchasing the Keywords Analyzer software and have read some good articles about it. I was looking to gain more insight on it if any one has used it or heard anything about it. Also, in one article he mentioned briefly about masking your IP address so you would not get baned. What does this mean and is it a real risk?

Thank you

it sounds like black hat seo when you have to hide something from the search engines

Masquerading your IP address is in the realms of Hacking. With the kind of resources at the disposal of Google ( for that matter any front line Search Engine) it won't be too difficult to extract unique identifying information. The retribution is likely to be fast and furious.

I have been using keywords analyzer for over a year and think it is about the best keyword research software available. Do a search on google for "keyword-research-service-reviews" and you can learn all about it.

The reason you can mask your ip is because the software can easily get 5,000 - 10,000 keywords for you and it has to access Googles database for the information each time.

As long as you set your settings to search every 4-6 seconds instead of ever 1-4 seconds, you will be fine.

cderenberger you wouldn't happen to work for keyword analyzer huh? so the user has to mask the ip and get into googles database that seems to not be legit and make the user get banned and far worst let the website be banned? there many for free and less dangerous keyword tools out there.

I'd avoid it, personally. Ive seen those type sof things come and go before - and seen site banned, too.

I'm sure, as pointed out, if you are careful and considerate, you'll be fine, but the bottom line is this:

If you have to ask if "masking" or hiding something might be a problem, you have your answer... wink

A company selling such software cares little if YOU get banned using it improperly - their goal is to sell the software, not protect you.
