I'm just a user not an expert.

Looks serious
Easy to navigate
leading the user to the right places

One thing that regards your image/positioning concept - the testimonial page should suit the rest of the website image

This site was blocked from Atlanta Fulton County Library
computers specifying SEX. If it's not that sort of site,
you might want to check out what's causing the blockage.

You are on a shared IP that also has some sex websites. It might be a good idea to move.

I thought the flash animation on the home page was a bit distracting, the way that wheel just keeps spinning while I'm trying to read the text.

I would make the logo a link back to the home page. On subsequent pages, the only way to go back is from a link at the very bottom of the page, not via the top navigation.

The "become an affiliate" link doesn't work on most of the pages.

There's something that smells rather fishy/phony about the Testimonials page.

"Damn, these guys simply rock"
"Gene and webmasterlabor rock!"
"WEBMASTERLABOR.com and GENE ROCKS!!!!!!"
"Gene rocks man..."
"GENE u rule man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Webmaster Labor rocks! Gene rules!"

What are the odds of so many of your "clients" all sounding like that?

Also, what's with this one?

"I am surprised WebmasterLabor.Com has not gotten an <adult site name won't be mentioned here> award yet for delivering HIGH QUALITY work for ROCK BOTTOM PRICES."

How does a casual client know about he existence of <adult site name won't be mentioned here> other than the fact that a whois shows the site is related to yours? I couldn't even find anywhere on <adult site name won't be mentioned here> that says they even offer any "awards".

Thanks for your feedback guys. The site is going to be redone to be more SE-friendly--webmasterlabor.com version 4. Also, the testimonials are going to be updated from our more recent clients. Most of the testimonials are from some time ago when we offered outsourced adult webmaster services. Also, most of the testimonials were taken from positive reviews clients spontaneously posted on adult webmaster boards. We'll have mainstream corporate clients' testimonials posted for version 4.

Once again, thanks for the comments. If there are any more, please post more.
