WOW, its beautiful, probably the nicest layout i've seen all year. take two ego's out of the narcissist jar. smile

now here we go.

the table in the content section is a bit to wide and pushes the right hand menu to the right a bit on the cad link, you might want to make an adjustment there, the rest of the links are consistant.

what meta tag is this -- dc.title
ii think it may be a waste, its my understanding that metas are pretty much ignored, repeating you keywords in another meta tag may not work in your favor.

as beautiful and sharp as that main intro page is, my may want to go with the one of your other pages and drop the intro page. Your index page is the first page the SE's go for and you don't have any content on it. its a dilema and you may need to make a trade off, beautiful page vs. search engine rankings,

what do others think about the intro page vs a content rich index page ???

I agree, this is a very beautiful, clean site with a great color palette. It looks very professional, not template-like, and the imagery is very aesthetically pleasing.

I see that you do have text at the bottom of the page for search engine friendliness, I really like the look of the homepage, and although it might be more beneficial to use a more content-rich page, maybe a compromise could be made by adding some text in some of the free space where the sky is.

I think I would also like to see the icons next to the images be links as well, and have them indicate, maybe with the border being a different color, which page you are on. I also see that you are not utilizing ALT tags. Also, if you did your bullet lists as actual bulleted lists instead of using tables, it would be more SE friendly, in addition, your site would be closer to validating because of the ALT tag missing from your bullet images. The rest of the validation issues seem easily fixed. That's my 2 cents. Overall, nicely done.
