Hi, quartzy, welcome to the forums and thanks for jumping right in and giving some reviews. smile

As far as appearance, I'm not so sure I like the lavendar color. It's generally thought of as being feminine. Of course, perhaps your target audience is women, as I imagine men seek out Office tutorials about as often as they stop for directions while driving. That elongated "pill" at the top seems to serve no real purpose.

I notice on one page that WordTitle.jpg didn't look right. It is actually 331x94 but you have made it 313x108 in your image tags so it's distorted.

Your logo should be a link to the home page. That's just a convention people have come to expect.

Some of the pages have horizontal scroll at 1024x768.

Also, some pages mix flush left text with centered text colums. IMO, all flush left looks better, but whatever you do, at least be consistent.

Your privacy policy is pretty minimalist. You should at least state how you intend to use info and cookies, etc.

As far as SEO, one of the biggest problems I see is that you are not taking advantage of page titles. SEs rank them higher than page text, so this is a place you really should be using keywords.

Good luck with the site! smile
