Hi All

This is our company domain and it wills perform well as per product order and traffics concern in Google. There is no change in ranking, We are still maintain our main keyword ranking i.e. blackberry accessories is 3 in Google but Suddenly our order has become half from past one week. So we couldn't find out what was happend in the past one week. Why our order has become half?

What we changed in past one week is:

1. We changed the top right side flash file.

2. Place "UK Customer image" instead of text link below the BlackBerrystuffs.com logo

So sometime we thoughts that it is just because of adding these two things is the main reason to drop our shell or any other reason, please suggest for this happening.

So i would be very appreciating for any kind of useful suggestion.

The flash thing is annoying to me. But otherwise your site looks good maybe too much going on on the homepage. I clicked on what interested me and their was clear guides on how to order.

Site is pretty clean, however, maybe a brief explanation of what is a blackberry (for those people who are still learning, like me). Or maybe just a reminder of what a blackberry is used for.

But, your name, contact info is right there, which is great. You wouldn't believe how many people forget to place their phone numbers in easy to read places. Kudos!

I would suggest a logo, it's great branding, and it makes your website look more professional!

Hi there! I am an amateur at reviewing sites but here are my thoughts:

My intial thought on getting to the site is that the overall look is overwhelming. So much going on on the main page including things flashing at me. I might not be quite as inclined to go further into the site as I would otherwise be just because it is overwhelming.

I LOVE that you have your toll free number so easily accessible. I just hate when I have to go searching all over for contact info.

I also like the top sellers portion because it is easy to navigate.

Looking at the product pages, same thing-I feel overwhelmed by the layout-particularly the left column. It just feels like there is so much going on there that it is disracting. However, I do like the layout for the actual product. It is easy to read, easy to add to cart, nice to see other related products easily. So basically, love the center part of the page, think the left side could be improved visually.

I tried adding to cart and as far as I went into it looked easy to use and user friendly.

Also like that you have the live online chat-that makes it so easy to get questions answered.

So overall I say it is a well done site but that perhaps the main page and left column could be a little less cluttered and overwhelming. Good work!

I like the site layout. Regarding your question why your orders have halved. I think that google has made some changes in ranking their sites. Otherwise I don't know. Maybe you can restore your pagerank if you put more effort in advertising. You can ask other websites to put a link to your website (not paid one; because that is forbidden). Otherwise you should use google adwords to promote your products.
