you should value the site at 10x -12x monthly income
so if its getting $90/month ask for $900 for the site
not worth $8100 ;-)

Also I dont think, that you should only consider the amount of money the site is currently making, there is enough scope if it is well promoted, you should consider the amount of time I have put to make it reach to public, the content it has, see jokes, images, profile people are posting since last 2-3 years. It has some value of PR-5 and top 10 ranking in major search engines.

I agree that the site is well done, Jain, the problem is that it doesn't have any real income. Sure, it has potential, but if I built a website that sells Ferraris, it would also have a potential, if you sold 20 Ferraris each month, you would earn thousands. However, changing that potential into a real income is the hard part. People don't buy websites because they have "potential", or at least, they don't pay thousands of dollars for them.
