I have a new website I built for a client and she has not paid in the alloted time and has not responded so I am selling it off. I changed the name of the site but it is all complete and ready to go here are some basics on it:

The Site is fully functional.
I added the site to the following search indexs:
Google
Yahoo
DMOZ
Alexa
Scrub The Web
ICQ
My Space
MSN
AOL
All TheWeb
and a few others but it may take a few days for the site to pull up on these indexes because the crawlers need to log the pages.
I have a list of suppliers for every single item listed on the site and they will drop ship to your customer for you or you can order and hold stock.
The site is set up to take paypal payments so all I would need to do is add your paypal address and you will be able to sell right away.
The site cost is $4.95 a month untill June 2006 and then it will be $8.95 per month.
There is room for 4 extra email address.
The forum is all set up I already posted several different sections for registered users to go in and have a base to start posting on.
The forum also has the option to send a newsletter to all subscribers. The site is brand new so it will need to be advertised and such in order to bring in customers. I suggest who ever buys this site to go ahead and list the items in the store on auction to help bring in more buyers on the website and increase traffic.
Currently in the past few days since the site was completed there have been about 100 hits per day which is decent for a non advertised website.

I think he is saying that because these are designed inspired items but they are not illegal because they are not being sold as original as you can see there is a disclaimer on every page. It is illegal to sell design inspired as originals but it is not illegal to sell these items. THANK YOU!!

You may be right that technically they're legal (though I doubt it).
But it is certainly legally actionable to use designer names to sell things those designers did not make, disclaimer or no disclaimer. Does anyone really think Abercrombie & Fitch won't mind its name being used on T-shirts it didn't make?
I noticed you pulled your listing from the Sitepoint forums after folks over there jumped on you for not being willing to use an escrow service and selling a site that is peddling illegal goods.
They may also have wondered why you would sell a site that's netted $1,300+ in 2 weeks. That seems a bit shortsighted...

You can go on and on and on for days .... If you took time to actually READ before trying to knock someone down you would see the reason for me selling...

I personally do not have the time it take to run this site. I build websites and forums for clients and that takes up most of my time. I do not have time to run an ecommerce website.
And furthermore... I have seen several persons who sell websites who do not accept escrow. From what I hear it can takes weeks for you to be paid mean while the buyer has access to site. The reason I think this is a bad idea for this website in particular is it is being sold with suppliers and a customer base so it would be easy for a buyer to say "Oh forget it I don't want the site" while keeping the full supplier list and customer list... and in turn becoming competition...
So now that I have responded to your rididculous posting I will kindly ask if you have no interest in purchasing the sited please do not waste my time posting... I believe I said SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY - you obviously have no interest in purchasing so why waste my time???
