Owner will stay on for one year for consultation and client transition
Price includes clients, taking over of server which will be paid for one year, phone number with yellow pages ad (Augusta and Waterville, Maine directories) also prepaid for one year from time of sale.
***This cost table has been stripped of expenses such as yellow pages advertising, phone, dsl connection, etc. as they will already be in place, presumably, by the buyer. Also not included are fees for optimization and design. The purpose of this table is to show the net income derived strictly from “hands off” hosting.
