Why sale promising businesses?
To be honest I no longer have the time nor the finances to fully develop the potential of these sites. I am aware of how much money can be made but I also know an investment must be made for advertisements and maintenance. I have worked out of my home alone and do not have the resources available to maximize profits. I sold a website in 2003 for $2000 (pensacolamicro.com) which was a hosting company I had developed. The company went on after one year and was making over $2000 a month in hosting revenue. I kick myself to this day for selling so cheap. I now have developed some new sites over several years that I know have a lot more potential that my previous. My only goal in selling these sites is to relieve my debt and spend time with my family. My wife wants to spend more time with the kids and this could open the opportunity for that to happen. She could quit her job because I work shift work which leaves me with little time for anything. For the right investor I think this is a golden opportunity.
What am I selling?
I am selling the following domains:

primarytraffic.com
primarytraffic.net.
You can view statistical information for each site at urltrends.com. I have put many hours of development into these sites to try to achieve a healthy income. Right now the money streams in slowly through ads and products. I will be happy to release the financials on the sites at your request.
I have hired a custom programmer to develop hotdealhosting.com with an automated system to list hosting companies and deals. I know that this is one of hottest markets on the internet because every site you see needs a host. Currently under contract with programmer for new features and revenue streams.
Lingerie Island has been doing steady business but could be expanded into many markets especially if you had a retail outlet.
Primary Traffic is a test development I have been working on to see the potential of delivering traffic to sites.
My ideas are bigger than my wallet which has left me in a bad position. If you really want a good investment and have connections and finances I believe you could make a lot of money in a couple of years.
