GBT Mobile was started in Fort Worth, Texas in January 2005. It is currently owned and operated by four partners. Among the partners there is strong experience in Accounting, Sales and Business Development, Web Development, and Customer Service.

* Custom designed website. Great flexibility and database backend allows quick updates to website layout and content.
* Custom designed administrator website. Easy control over order fullfillment and management, Site content (e.g., products, policies, FAQs, etc.). Reporting section helps view order stats and performance. Cobrand partners and Affiliates can also be managed here.
* Cobrand Partner platform. Easy template based cobranded store capability. Allows you to partner with high-traffic sites that don't have a phone store or want to use GBT Mobile as their phone source.
* Partnerships that sell Software, Service Plans, and recycle customer's old phones.
* Other specific stats and information available upon request
Revenue is generated primarily via the high-end GSM PDA phones that we list and sell. We also sell related accessories. We have existing partnerships to sell software, service plans, recycle old phones, and to provide extended warranty contracts. All of these partnerships generate secondary revenue.
We are a small, privately-held company so we are not comfortable making our profit numbers publicly available. With correct fraud prevention policies you can expect to make about 10% profit in this business.
We have solid relationships setup with 3-5 vendors in the United States. Most of our sales have come from items we hold in inventory, but we also have drop-ship capabilities with our suppliers so we don't have to stock every item we sell.
We have full financials for 2006 and an additional packet of information about our company and the technology platform we've built. This will be made available to every serious buyer upon signing a Non Disclosure Agreement, but will not be made public.
