1. Your name - Joshua Young
2. URL of site - [link]
3. Age of site - 2 1/2 years (when domain was first registered)
4. Approximate monthly page views and/or unique visitor - Over 100,000 (just moved hosts, so this month's stats are incomplete, but I am already over 26,000 for June)
5. How does site generate income? How much? I have a Google ads account but haven't used it lately - need to redo some stuff so I can comply with their TOS; also I have a reseller hosting account so every now and then I made a few $$$ off of that
6. Who develops content and how much time does it require? I am the developer so I make the content mostly
7. Reason for selling - Moving to Omaha, NE; and getting a job there, also short on cash and need money for the move
8. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Yes, I will transfer all site software licenses, etc. to the new owner and be as helpful as I can for him / her
9. Does the site have an e-zine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? Not at this time
10. The asking price for the site. The domain has been valued from $2,000 to $4,500, but one source told me it may go as high as $15,000 (due to it being 2 1/2 years old and the amount of content contained on the site).
The new owner will get all databases, users, etc. that they see, but they will not get my personal files (obviously). I will specify exact details if needed.
Thanks!
