I need to sell this site right away, so I'm going to take the first person to offer $1,500 or best offer. I need to sell this quick, so just make me an offer if you want it!

This site is well established and I've been building it for the last 5 months.
With purchase of the website it includes...
- Members List of over 4,000 members.
- PR3 Homepage.
- Currently $400-$500 monthly revenue.
- Administration area.
- 300-400 unique visitors per day
- I will provide 30 days support for the website after it is transfered to you.

If you purchase this website, I will personally transfer the website to your hosting provider and make any customizations of the website that you would need during the change over.
I just added adsense to the site today, so I'm not sure what type of revenue that could bring in. I really don't want to sell this site, but I need to sell it due to lack of funds for paying bills at the moment.
