I'm an administrator at the OUU hip hop community.

Almost 1 year old
In September there were 10157 unique visitors, 62847 page views and 580815 total hits.
The website does not generate any income but that's because it has no advertising or any offered service. I want to emphasize that it has huge potential!
Founders have decided to sell the project because they do not have the time or resources to properly build a main site / home page.
All content is posted by forum members.
I will help with the transition of the site to a new owner should he/she wish to switch hosts, etc.
Asking price is $4000 but I am open to offers.
Feel free to ask questions!
