Reason for Sale:
I am moving to a full time position with a publication company and will not have time to operate this business. This business does not receive the advertising exposure that it deserves! This business has a HUGE and UNLIMITED income potential especially due to it’s Recurring Billing Plans. When I started with this business, I was making around $3000 a month only spending 10 minutes a day talking about for free in forums and Craigslist. I never had the chance to do any paid advertising which I feel could launch this business to a whole new level. I do not have the expertise to do this nor will I have the time with my new job.

The business for sale is named Agent Stealth and was uniquely built about 6 months ago. This business is privately owned and operated. The business was built from scratch and is exclusive and unique. The business is very easy to use. Requires basic Dreamweaver/Photoshop/FTP knowledge (or similar programs).This service that is sale is a online business and provides an online service. There are no tangible (physical) products in this business.
The company is currently targeted towards real estate agents (Realtors) in North America but can easily be targeted to other places as well . There are approximately over 1.5 million real estate agents in the United States alone. The number one problem for the majority of real estate agents is that they do not have enough business/clients and do not know how to get more clients. With 80% of today’s buyers and sellers using the internet as their starting point, the AgentStealth.com Lead Generation System can help these real estate professionals acquire new clients.
Most lead companies use their own stealth website systems to generate leads and then take these leads and individually sell them off to agents for extremely high fees. This can be very expensive and frustrating for agents over time. The AgentStealth.com System, allows agents to generate their own unlimited amount of real estate leads. Income comes from when a new client signups for lead generation service on the AgentStealth.com website. There are currently 4 different pricing plans available for people to sign up for. Each billing plan is Recurring which means that you have income always coming in. Once a new client signs up, you will have a one-time setup process that will take you approximately 20 -30 which is very easy to do. I am currently using ProPay.com to charge clients but you can use whatever payment processor you choose. The entire process is very easy.
