I'm selling a well established website. Adsense $1500/month, PR4, 2k~3k uniques a day, 10k page views, most visitors from USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia. 500+ External links.
BIN: $30K.

I only sell this website to the buyers who are experienced in SEO, Adsense, managed many website. Because I think buyers like this could get more revenue from this website, 2k~3k per month I guess. This website have several template pages with good design, is easy to transfer to your server in hours. Several main keywords on first page of google results.

To be on the safe side I don’t want post url on here, sorry.
