We have chosen to sell our sailing course website and all associated assets:

www.SailingCourseGuide.com

The site contains only original instructional content on choosing sailing courses. When developing the site, we received inquiries from sailing schools around the country. We believe this is a very strong advertising opportunity, but don't have the time to take advantage of it.

Site published: July 2004
Monthly page views: 600
Adsense Revenue/Month: $10
Adsense Revenue/Click: $0.48
Amazon Revenue/Month: $2

Asking Price: $850

Included in the price is all of the content and art, along with the domain name.
