The first website is: www.onlinevirtualpartners.com
The site is a brand new concept. It is a virtual partner website, this is where customers sign up for a set monthly amound and this allows the customer to email and text our men/women. They get replies and also receive a picture and a video of their partner every now and again. I had the site so that the partners receive a card and a little gift at Xmas and on their birthday as well, of course the buyer does not have to provide this service. The site offers the complete boyfriend/girlfriend package. This is something you can find no where else on the internet, we are the ONLY site to do so.
There are millions of single people all over the world who would love a companion. The site is the closest thing there is to a real partner. The potential for the site is huge and I personally think that it could make multi multi millions. There is such a huge market to cater for and we are the only people providing this service. Everyone wants to have someone they can talk to and someone to love. For some people, our website is their only hope.
How do we know the market potential? If you type in 'girlfriend' in the ebay search bar. 'Virtual Girlfriend' comes up. It is searched every day by thousands of people on Ebay and because of this it is a search suggestion. I did research just before xmas on people searching 'virtual girlfriend', 'virtual boyfriend' and 'virtual girlfriend' on the major search engines and it came up that on average, 6,232 people a day searched them things. I also carried out a survey of random people in the street before xmas and 77 out of 100 people said they would use the site if it was made, which of course now it is.
The site cost just under £1000 and this is only because we used one of the best web designing firms in India which only charged $5 an hour for the work. The site looks really good and proffessional but that is not all. Only members will be able to contact our boys/girls, our web design company set up a system which recognises the email addresses of our members and returns the emails of non members whom try to contact our people. This is good because it means members HAVE to sign up to speak to our people and no one can pass an email address on to their friend. We also have a system which bills members at the end of every month via paypal. The last addition we have is that we have a system which counts how many emails per day each member has sent. We intended to charge the customers £20 per month for a limit of 5 emails a day with 50pence each additional email above this, £35 for 7 emails a day and £50 for 10 emails a day. The system we use helps us with this.
The site is fully hosted for upto a year. With this hostage you get a huuuuuuge amount of space, I can't remember exactly how much but it is a lot. You also get upto 50 email addresses.
The site is fully functional and ready to go. Once the company is in your hands, you are ready to go and earn money straight away. If you require any pics of the admin section then let me know.
The site was earning money and had members but then I decided to sell the website because I haven't got enough money to advertise it on google all the time and without this advertisement the site wont become as big as it could be.
I am only looking for £1000 for this site.
The second site im selling is a stone website. The address is www.qualitystone.co.uk The site is one of a kind as well but could do with some time spent on modernising it and advertising it.
have developed a website which sells stone baths, statues, fountains, sinks, toilets, fire places and other stone products. The products themselves are magnificently crafted by hand direct from our suppliers. Again I would need money to advertise this business on google but the rewards would be immense if i had the money. From an average fountain the company will make £15,000 PROFIT and the company should be able to sell a number of these a year which means big profit. The other items the site would make 1 to 5 thousand pound profit from.
I honestly believe the site could EASILY make above £200,000 to £300,000 profit a year. It has the potential to make millions each year if run correctly but should on average make a few hundred thousand a year. As websites go, we are the only website on the internet that sells the items that we do thus giving us the niche. There is a big demand for our products as stone is becoming a very fashionable commodity.
At QualityStone we sell the best stone carving's from the best factories in the world. We can afford to sell our products at 50% of their RRP because we source our products from stone factories in China and Vietnam where labour is very cheap. Even with import tax, VAT and shipping the products still work out to half the price they would if we were to have them made in Britain.
All of our products are made of the finest stone. They are quality checked before they are carved and are quality checked again afterwards to make sure all of our products are of the finest quality.
Being made of stone, our products should have a lifespan of 300 years onwards, so this means that our stone products make great value for money because they can be passed down through generations and could become family heirlooms.
All the factories we source from have been in existence for over 100 years. The oldest being 300 years old. They are family factories in which the skills of the trade have been passed down through generations, developing and evolving every year.
Products wise I have put about sixty products on the site. I have been sent hundreds of products from the three/four stone companies that I use so if you wanted you could also add these to the site.
Our suppliers are very good to deal with and they are a pleasure to work with. Any help that is needed you will get from them. Some of the products are so beautiful that its beyond belief.
If you buy the site I will transfer ownership of the site over to yourselves and the email addresses of our suppliers. I will then email our suppliers telling of the change of ownership and will ask them to email yourselves an introduction to our factories.
Another website is www.cleantoiletseat.co.uk It is a business that I concentrated on a few months back and am no longer doing so. The whole site will be exactly the same as this site www.lifechangingsolutionsltd.co.uk which is a site I will keep but once I have sold the clean toilet seat site, I will take down all the information from life changing solutions.
