5. The website has huge advertising income potential
6. The website's content is provided by admins as well as visitors, and is easily added to the website
7. We are unable to update the website on our own due to alternate family and employment obligations, thus we are selling the website
8. We would be glad to help with the transition of the site to the new owner
9. There is no ezine or newsletter involved with this website
10. We are asking approximately $3,000 for this website, as it contains a deep backend with a potential for a huge amount of customization, even for a website that would not be video gamer related (4-letter .COM as well)
All solid offers will be evaluated
