    Hey All, i have no idea what this is called, but i want to make my url query string turn into a directory.

    Ie, www.bakoo.net?name=webdesign&cat=business

    into www.bakoo.net/webdesign/business.htm/l

    I have seen it done so many times, and i am sure its a php function just iv forgot what its called, and even how to use it, thanks in advance

    You can do this using modrewrite

    search for modrewrite on google and you will get lots of links otherwise feel free to contact me

    Another thing you can use is the ForceType directive in Apache configuration.

    here is a pretty good tutorial on it.
