We have tried this question in the google adwords forum and got lots of views but no answers, so we thought to try in this forum.
We have a php order page (that goes to https://) in which we pasted the google conversion tracking code, in order to keep track of how many people clicked on our google ad and then placed an order.
The issue is that on this order page, we have only an end </body> tag. The starting <body> tag is on a temp page that many other pages on our site also reference. The question is, on which page is it better to put the google code - on the temp page with the <body> tag (that is referenced by many other pages) or on the actual order page, even though it only has the </body> tag.
