I try to add a star rating system to my websites: [url deleted]
But I failed to make downloaded php file work. Complete code and doc at [url deleted]
After I followed instruction in the "readme" file, nothing showed up but a blank page. And you can run and see the result at

(the rating drop-down box)
I know nothing about PHP programming, so, please help me!!!
