Hi every body, i tried to find some info on other forums but it was...
So i need something to save trafic, i mean i want such script, which will allow registered users to download at most one file per one dat, is it possible to find such script?
Also i need somethin like, if user is registered at my forum and total posts is more then 20 than he is allowed to download one file per one day. Can u help me to find something like that?

The reason you haven't gotten any answers to your question is that there are no such scripts. You're going to need to either learn how to do real programming yourself or find someone who can do it for you.

You download forum scripts like phpbb, and you can download modifications to those scripts which fill general needs, but when you have a speficic requirement for a custom feature you have to do it yourself. Which you should learn how to do anyway. Taking a programming class can be a very rewarding experience, think about doing it. Paying decent programmers isn't cheap.
