There's a huge number of php tutorials on the web, easiest is to find a place to start and use the resources there to learn more. Buying a book or two isn't a bad idea either.

Besides HTML, I'd learn CSS very well, also Javascript. Think about taking some programming classes, there's certain parts of programming that are much better to learn in school than on your own, it's easy to learn to hack together code, but it's not easy to learn how to be a programmer, there's a discipline to it that can prevent many mistakes.

By far the best way to learn is to start doing it, putting up real things, on real websites, that's much better than theoretical stuff.

Learn Apache to some degree, that helps a lot, .htaccess is good to have a working knowledge about.

Read other people's code, that's also good.

You'll find after a while that some things attract you, and others don't do much for you, follow the parts that you like, it's hard putting out the amount of energy required to do decent work if you don't enjoy the stuff.
