I would like to put a form on my website where customers can come to my site and annonce an upcoming conference call by sending out a generic announcement with there details from my website to their partcipates using their email address. I would have a generic form so all they would have to do is fill in there info. It would look similair to this
Pupose of call
name of leader
Time of call
Dial in number

You kinda get the idea.
I would like to offer this for a freebie to customers and also kind of a viral marketing tool.
Is there a software that does this or can someone on this site do it.
Thanks for any help you can give

There is probably some PHP script already written that does what you want, or can be adapted to do what you want to do.

Before you even start though, make a list of all the ways that a spammer, or just some bored kid who discovers your page, could mess with that form to send bogus data or send mass spam to all of your customers - and then design those problems out of the system.
